Here are the answers to the common questions regarding sales:

Q: Can I be sure that none of my information like name or credit card number gets published some place?
A: We are using a SSL (Secured Server Layer) with 128 bit encryption. All transaction are secured through our payment processing gateway with Authorize.Net, one of largest international payment gateway providers. No information is stored on our servers or any other server for that matter. Once your payment was processed we will not store, use or reference your information. For additional information regarding your privacy please read our privacy policy.

Q: After I make a purchase from Olvio IT, will I receive a lot of junk email from you?
A: We never send any kind of unwanted email messages. The only way you will receive any kind of information from Olvio IT is if you subscribe to our email newsletter. Besides the weekly or monthly newsletters the only emails you will receive from us will be those confirming your purchase or answering your questions.

Q: Can I return the product if I am not satisfied with it?
A: We have a 30 days evaluation period for all our products. If you don't have enough time to evaluate the product in 30 days you can request an additional evaluation license. While in evaluation mode the products behave like if in full mode, so you can test all the features. Due to this fact we cannot accept any returns. 

Q: After I made the purchase when will I receive the product.
A: Your product will be available for download right away. Your serial number and/or licensing file will be submited via email. Depending on the specific email gateway servers your serial number and/or licensing file may be received immediately or after a short delay.

Q: Can I get my product on a CD?
A: Yes, we will ship your product on a CD for a flat fee of $10. We only ship in the USA.

Q: I like the product but I need something that I do not see. How do I know if you will add that in a future version?
A: You can always send us a message and explain what exactly you need and our programmers will prepare a customized product just for you.

Q: I have some difficulties ordering online.
A: Use our fax order system or send us an email and we can assist you to order by phone.

Q: If I order by phone how quickly can I get my product.
A: You will receive an email with a link to your product within 24 hours.
