Q: What are the options to get
support?
A: We recommend you to use our friendly
HelpDesk System, available 24x7 online. You can still use email to contact us
with any questions and problems. We have a large comprehensive reference to all
our classes and you can also browse the Knowledgebase for
frequent questions about our products.
Q: How quickly are my questions
answered?
A: Usually with a normal volume of
request any question will be answered within a few hours. If your question
requires more research from our part, for example a system compatibility issue,
we might have to delay our answer up to 24 hours.
Q: I want to look
for some answers myself. What are my options?
A: We have created 3 ways for you too
look for answers: We have a full SDK that details all namespaces and types
available. Secondly we have a printable white paper that you can use as
reference. Thirdly, you can browse our knowledgebase for the most common
answers.
Q:
The documentation is ok, but I need some samples. Are there any?
A: You can click on Samples under
Downloads. We have created a lot of samples that demonstrate most of the
features available in our components. If you do not wish to download the
samples but simply get some idea, we have a web-based sample browser that
allows you to actually see the relevant code formatted on the web.
Q: I want to ask
some other people about your components. Can I?
A: We have a forum dedicated to .NET
programming and not only. Logon into the forums and discuss with other people.
